The new Metzger Dark Ambient album sequel NRSE VII ! The last Metzger tape release was back in 2019, this new album is very different in a lot of ways, this is the first tape release since having left my rehearsal space, so this album has been made in my home studio, I've been doing music production courses at Point Blank Music School since September 2020 and a lot of my new knowledge has been put to use for the making of this new album, wanted to wait before going back at making a new "Neo Romantic Synthesized Era" Sequel, the last ones being released in 2020.

The songs for this album were all composed in a particular Key, this is the first album I've made as Tonal Music, before this I was only making Atonal Music. I've separated the album into 2 parts, the first Side of the tape is Ambient and the second one is Rhythmic. The album overall features a lot of lush Synthesizer Pads accompanying the Experimental Guitar Soundscapes, also featuring a lot of Eurorack Modular Sounds. There is quite a lot of different percussions sounds especially on the B side of the Album, from slowed down Dubstep to Hardwave and Industrial sounds. I've put a lot of work on this album, I was lucky with the last lockdown it gave me the opportunity to finish this album quicker, otherwise it would have taken me more than 6 months. I wanted to go back to my NRSE theme, this is the most work I did on an album since NRSE III which had taken a very long time to produce as well. I'm quite happy to release this album on tape , after 2-3 years since my last cassette releases.

The album is released on Ferro Grade Dark Blue Cassettes, in "Baby Blue" cases, featuring this Post Apocalyptic Sexy Bondage Artwork and the new Metzger Logo ! Limited Edition of 50 !
